Neela was assessed prior to the start so they are in a group that is suitable for her. Structured Kannada lessons are planned in advance and usually reminder is sent on the day. Children are made to feel comfortable with their level of knowledge and are supported throughout. Kannada is taught as a fun activity rather than forced learning and the Neela look forward to attend. Usually she knows when her class is, if there is any changes to the timing, children are given early notice. We are pleased with the effort Neela is putting and also the teachers, the progress she has made.

Cambridge Kannada Kali school is a great initiative where kids are learning to write, speak and read Kannada creatively through an platform via short phrases, stories, poems and prayers. My kids have enjoyed a great sense to pride in learning their mother tongue through this school and this has helped them immensely bond with their extended families.

First of all, I would thank and appreciate all the effort put in by the teachers and organizers. I could see lot of improvements in my girl in terms of Kannada words, recognition and speaking too. These days I get reply in Kannada for the some of the conversation we have generally.

My kids have been learning Kannada which is our mother tongue but as we are based in UK it was very hard to pass this on to kids. These Kannada classes are great opportunity for my kids to learn Kannada and converse with other Kannada Kids.
